Introducing the new Hullachan 2 Irish Competition pump.

Many judges have said that they would like to see the arch of the dancer and using a lighter colour sole could be the answer. I listened carefully and researched the possibilities which took me back to my early days as a dance shoe designer. I wanted to make a new style of shoe and add extra safety factors. I first designed a three quarter back shoe back in 1987 when I won a major footwear award for that design of a Jazz Shoe. It had a split sole base with an extended length half sole. Following on from the famous three quarter back point shoe that I was working with for many years before in the 1980's I found that this extended sole design is not easy to incorporate properly in an Irish shoe but after two years I have managed to do it. The result is the new Hullachan 2.

It has a choice from  off white split chrome sole and a pale grey sole. Both soles are visible and emphasis your arch while supporting the arch through the line. The inner pad follows that line making the Hullachan 2 a supremely comfortable and safe shoe to wear. The padding is no ordinary padding and absorbs impact and reduces the damage to your joints. It is important to be able to feel the floor of course and I have done that throughout the development of this design.

Follow the traditional lacing that I designed back in 1995 and you will have a shoe that does not damage the foot if fitted, like any Hullachan, correctly.
