This is from a recent Concert Video taken on Princess Cruises and that has been broken into smaller downloadable sections for faster viewing. Note to viewer: These videos are streamed and should download as they start playing. "when I play it stops and starts’ don’t get more than 4 bars at a time"

Just let the section play at least once each. Its streamed and depends on your local download. If you are not getting many megs download then it will be slow to start with but once actually done, it will create a sort of memory in the system and be faster next time. If you play and then watch the bar in front of the button that shows the download, you will see a darker grey bar extending in front of that,. That's the actual stream. It usually streams as it plays . Other than that it works fine in most areas in most countries. The other reason when not playing well is that if you are in an area such as a village or small city where everyone is accessing the available band then that might occasionally make the download, initially, slow but then try at different times. It will work.
